The Locker Room is updated daily, but we can not guarantee that the goods on The Locker Room are available from our suppliers. We do our absolute best to ensure that all data is 100% up to date and correct, but it is impossible to guarantee across so many pages and products.
There may be situations where products have been sold out before we have updated the stock status in our system. The Locker Room intends to stay updated as much as possible.
Download and use of brand/collection names, product information, logos, etc. are not permitted unless the third party (seller, trademark) gives permission to do so directly. This must be sought from the seller/company/manufacturer and not through The Locker Room, which takes no responsibility for the user’s use of trademarked content.
All data used on The Locker Room, including (but not limited to) information, logos, images, texts may not be copied (in whole or in part), corrected, or reproduced – without written permission from The Locker Room.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION – FULFILLMENT OF CONTRACT
In connection with your registration with cosmeticobeauty.eu, you have entered personal information, including

Your contact information including but not limited to: your e-mail address, phone number, or other direct contact information
We process this personal information in connection with the sending of newsletters, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the agreement.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – CONSENT
If you have signed up for the newsletter, we will process your e-mail address and the information about your registration with us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you make us aware that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.
You can always withdraw your consent. You can do this either by using the link at the bottom of our e-mails or by contacting us at [email protected] and stating that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters.
Whether we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract, or on the basis of your consent, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable law, including the Personal Data Ordinance and the Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when that purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant.
We use third parties to process your information and for statistics as well as marketing (Google, Facebook). We have entered into data processor agreements with these data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.
